What happens to your invoice data

An audit only works on real invoices, so access is the fair thing to interrogate. These are the four rules the product runs on, and none of them bend for convenience.

You approve access on your email provider's own consent screen. We never see a password, and we cannot send mail from your account.

Invoice data is encrypted while it moves and while it sits in storage. Our agents work from the parsed line items, not from a live window into your inbox.

No data brokers, no ad networks, no feeding your invoices into someone else's model. Your billing data exists to find your savings and for nothing else.

Revoke it whenever you like

Yes, once, and read-only. Without sight of your invoices there is no way to see what you are being charged. You can revoke it from your email settings at any moment, and the audit stops the same day.

Only once a negotiation begins, and we approach them in your name rather than as an anonymous third party. You see which vendors we plan to contact before we contact them.

Most audits come back the same day. Negotiations move at the speed of the vendor's reply, so some settle within a few days and others take a few weeks.

Anything billed to a business, monthly or annually: creative suites like Adobe, design tools like Canva, video and hosting, project management, CRMs and AI tools. If it lands on your invoice, it is fair game.
